At The Lodge at Brokenstraw Valley Winery, we believe planning your wedding should feel exciting, not uncertain. That’s why we practice true, upfront price transparency and clearly share our pricing right here on our website, so you can plan with confidence from the very beginning.

Wedding Rental Fee: $3,500 (Inquire today about our 2026 promotional discounts!)

To reserve your date, a $700 non-refundable reservation fee is required and will be applied toward your total balance.
The remaining balance is due as follows:

• $2,000 due 30 days prior to the event

Remaining balance due on the day of the event

Your rental includes:

•Exclusive, all-day access from 8:00 AM to Midnight

•Tables and chairs for guests and food service

•Setup of tables and chairs

•Friendly, professional bar staff

•On-site event coordination

•Catering preparation kitchen (access to prep tables and a sink, with limited refrigeration available)

•Four bottles of custom-labeled wine featuring your wedding announcement(Announcement copy required at least 30 days prior to the event)

 

The Lodge is heated and, while it does not have air conditioning, remains comfortable during warmer months due to the high A-frame ceiling. Couples are welcome to work with vendors of their choosing. We also offer on-site catering, and we do not charge a fee for outside catering.

Music & DJ Services:

​

In-house DJ services are available starting at just $100/hour, with options for both your ceremony and reception music needs.

Bar Service & Alcohol Policy:

​

All alcohol service is provided exclusively by Brokenstraw Valley Winery. Bar options include a cash bar, open bar, or a combination of both. All wine, beer, and liquor served during your event must be purchased through the winery.

Additional custom-labeled wine can be created for your event at an additional cost.

Microweddings at The Lodge:

​

For couples looking for something meaningful, intimate, and beautifully uncomplicated, our Microwedding option offers a relaxed way to celebrate without sacrificing atmosphere.

Designed for celebrations of 50 guests or fewer, Microweddings at Brokenstraw Valley Winery take place while The Lodge remains open to the public. Even so, your day still includes full indoor and outdoor access, allowing you to move effortlessly between spaces and take advantage of the property’s natural beauty.

Your Microwedding includes use of our on-site catering kitchen, tables and chairs, professional bar staff, and setup and cleanup, so you can focus on the moments that matter most rather than the logistics behind them.

Microweddings are available for a flat rate of $1,000, with $500 due at contract signing and the remaining balance due on the day of your event.

This option is ideal for couples who value connection, simplicity, and a setting that feels warm, welcoming, and truly memorable.
