Weddings are always special at Brokenstraw Valley Winery! The quaint character of the Old Buckaloons Ski Lodge still resides in the air inside our facility with our stone fireplace, high "A" frame ceiling and loft overlooking the dance floor. Outside you can see the rolling hills where hundreds of people would flock to daily to hit the slopes. At Brokenstraw Valley Winery, we take pride in offering a romantic setting for you and your guests to relax and enjoy your special day. A place where memories are made.
Whether you're looking for a place to hold a Wedding Ceremony, Reception, Bridal Shower or Rehearsal Dinner...we have it all!
Indoor occupancy ranges from 82 to 122 depending on the type of head table and guest tables you require.
Outside can be utilized during the warmer months for additional seating and can accommodate an additional 150 guests or more.
Pricing is as follows:
$3000 - $700 non refundable deposit to reserve date, $2000 due 30 days prior to event, $300 due day of event.
Pricing includes all day rental from 8am-midnight, tables and chairs for guests and food service, setup of tables and chairs, friendly bar staff, expert event coordination and catering prep room. Also includes 4 bottles of wine labeled with your wedding announcement. copy of announcement needed 30 days prior to event. Our indoor venue has heat but no air conditioning yet stays comfortable during the warmer months with the high "A" frame ceiling. We allow you to work with any vendors of your choosing but do have references of highly rated vendors to pass along.
A Reservation Fee of $700 is required to secure your date and is applied towards your balance due.
All alcohol service will be provided by Brokenstraw Valley Winery. We can arrange a cash bar, open bar or combination of the two. All wine, beer, and liquor served must be purchased from Brokenstraw Valley Winery. Additional custum labeled wine can be created for your event at an additional cost.
Brokenstraw Valley Winery also respects your privacy by closing our facility to the public during your event.
Our facility rentals are coordinated by Owner & Vintner, Deb Snow. All on-site meetings regarding wedding rentals are by appointment only.
