Whether you’re planning a casual get-together or a more structured event, our team is here to help you create a memorable experience.

Capacity:
Indoor occupancy ranges from 80 to 120 guests, depending on the layout required for your event.
During warmer months, our outdoor space may be utilized for additional seating and can accommodate 150 guests or more.

Event Pricing:
Event pricing is based on guest count, space requirements, and the day and time of your event.

Rental Rates:
•25 guests or fewer: $200
•26–50 guests: $250
•Over 50 guests: $350
Reservation & Payment:
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
Event Timing:
Event rentals include a 5-hour time period.
Additional time for setup or teardown may be available for $40 per hour and must be approved in advance.

Bar Service:

Bar service is included and provided exclusively by Brokenstraw Valley Winery.
•One bartender is staffed for events up to 40 guests
•Two bartenders are provided for events over 40 guests

Bar options include a cash bar, open bar, or a combination of both. All wine served will be from Brokenstraw Valley Winery. We also offer two Pennsylvania-crafted beers, a limited selection of Pennsylvania-distilled spirits, cocktails, and soda.
All guests will be carded.
Non-alcoholic beverages may be brought in by your party.
Kitchen Use & Catering:
Use of our kitchen is included for catering preparation only. The space includes access to prep tables and a sink, with limited refrigeration available. At this time, no cooking equipment is provided.
Brokenstraw Valley Winery supplies trash receptacles; however, cleanup of the kitchen area is the responsibility of the renter or caterer.
We offer on-site catering and also welcome outside caterers at no additional fee.

Public Access:
During private events, Brokenstraw Valley Winery remains open to the public. This typically does not interfere with events, as public guests are generally limited to purchasing bottles or enjoying a drink at the bar.

Tables & Chairs:
Tables and chairs are provided. Table options vary in size and style, including banquet tables and round tables. Please share your layout needs in advance.
Tablecloths are not provided.
Comfort & Vendors:
The Lodge is heated and, while it does not have air conditioning, remains comfortable during warmer months due to the high A-frame ceiling.
You are welcome to work with vendors of your choosing. We are also happy to provide recommendations for trusted local vendors.
Scheduling & Contact:
All private event rentals and on-site meetings are coordinated by our Creative Director and are available by appointment only.
