Brokenstraw Valley Winery is the perfect event venue for celebrations of all sorts, from reunions, birthday parties and anniversaries, to awards ceremonies, business meetings and conferences. We will help you create an unforgettable occasion.
Indoor occupancy ranges from 82 to 122 depending on the type of setup your event requires.
Outside can be utilized during the warmer months for additional seating and can accommodate an additional 150 guests or more.
Event pricing is determined by the amount of guests in attendance, the space you require for your event and the day and time of your event.

¨ 41 to 80 $250
¨ over 80 $350
Event Payment– A $50 non - refundable deposit is due to reserve your date. Balance due day of event.
Event Time- Rental of Brokenstraw Valley Winery is for a 5 hour time period. If you need additional time to decorate and/or tear down there will be an additional fee of $10 per hour. These additional times must be approved prior to event.
Bartender Fee - One bartender is staffed and is sufficient for up to 40 people. 2 Bartenders will be available for events over 40 people.
Bar Services - All alcohol service will be provided by Brokenstraw Valley Winery. A cash bar, open bar or combination of the two can be arranged for your event. All wine served will be from Brokenstraw Valley Winery. We also offer 2 varieties of Pennsylvania crafted beer, a small selection of Pennsylvania crafted liquors, cocktails and soda. All guests will be carded so please prepare accordingly. Non alcohol beverages may be brought in by your party.
Kitchen Use - Use of our kitchen is included for catering prep only. There will be access to the table and kitchen sink. Limited refrigeration is available. There is no cooking equipment at this time. Brokenstraw Valley Winery will provide trash receptacles but we are not responsible for cleanup. If the kitchen is used, it will be cleaned and swept by the renter or the caterer.
Public Use - Brokenstraw Valley Winery will remain open to the public during your event. This typically does not create a disturbance to your event as people will stop by to buy a few bottles of wine or have a drink at the bar.
Tables & Chairs– Tables & Chairs are provided. Tables vary in shapes and sizes from 8 foot long banquet tables to 2 foot wide round tables. Please let us know your table requirements prior to your event. Tablecloths are NOT provided.
Our indoor venue has heat but no air conditioning yet stays comfortable during the warmer months with the high "A" frame ceiling. We allow you to work with any vendors of your choosing but do have references of highly rated vendors to pass along.
Our facility rentals are coordinated by Owner & Vintner, Deb Snow. All on-site meetings regarding rentals are by appointment only.
